Rebecca Joines

Mrs. Rebecca Joines graduated from Sam Houston State University with a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture Business. Her love for animals started as a baby and has only grown. During her teen years, her family lived in Galveston, and she worked at Moody Gardens for a number of years as a volunteer and employee caring for a large number of domestic and exotic animals. In college, Mrs. Joines was involved in various animal related clubs, including Dairy Judging Region IX. She has a background in corporate real estate in both management and leasing office buildings. Later, Mrs. Joines made the switch to teaching Pre-K4 at their church for several years before, most recently, substituting at a private Christian school for grades Pre-K4 through 12th. Mrs. Joines loves teaching about animals and how God created each one for His purpose. She has been married to her dear husband since January 2001, and they have an incoming freshman at PHC. Their current pets include a dog, two cats, and two horses. Most of her free time is spent with friends, family, volunteering at their church, and training her yearling filly.
