Sarah Buxton

Sara Buxton was born and raised in Pearland Texas. She is a dedicated educator who graduated from the University of Houston Clear Lake with a Bachelor’s degree in Education (EC–6). She brings teaching experience from two years in the elementary classroom, along with one year of homeschooling. She believes math is a subject that can be both engaging and enjoyable, and she strives to make learning meaningful through hands-on, interactive experiences.

She is passionate about creating a welcoming and supportive classroom environment where students feel comfortable, confident, and excited to learn. Her teaching approach focuses on breaking down concepts in a way that is both accessible and fun, helping students build a strong foundation in pre-algebra. Rooted in her Christian faith, she values kindness, patience, and encouragement.Outside of the classroom, she is known as “mommy” to her two young daughters, ages two and three, who are her whole world.
