PHC Tuition and Fees
PHC REGISTRATION FEES
This is a non-refundable annual family fee when you register for classes.
The registration fee is due when you register for classes to secure your child’s place in the class.
This fee covers each child in your family for as many classes that you wish to register for.
Acceptable forms of payment are cash, check or Venmo @PHCConnect
*Early Registration – $150 before April 17th
*Registration – $175 from April 17th-August 1st
*Late Registration – $180 after August 1st
CLASS TUITION
-Our incredible teachers are independent contractors. Class tuition is paid directly to them for a 9 month tuition schedule of August-April.
-Tuition is due the 5th day of every month
-Your first tuition payment is due August 5th and this payment is non-refundable
-A late fee will apply for late tuition payments
-Tuition will be paid to the teacher via cash, check, Venmo or Zelle
-Class tuition is NOT based upon your child’s attendance, and there are no refunds given for your child’s absences. Upon registration into their class, parents enter into a contract with that teacher to faithfully pay tuition for their service throughout the school year.
-If a teacher experiences sickness or any unforeseen circumstances and has to miss class, a substitute will be provided or the teacher will schedule a zoom meeting, etc. Teachers will communicate heavily with the parents in cases like this. These circumstances will be very rare.
-If a weather event or other emergency causes PHC to cancel classes, teachers may schedule a make-up day or rework their material to cover what was missed. Again, excellent communication from the teacher will be expected. No refunds will be given for canceled classes if an emergency or a weather event occurs.

SUPPLY FEES
Supply fees are paid directly to the teacher when you register for their class.
Supply fees must be paid by June 5th or upon registration if after June 5th. This also guarantees your child’s place in the class.
Supply fees are non-refundable.
Each class has a supply fee. Teachers use this supply fee to provide activities, labs, experiments, copies, technology, etc. to teach their class with the highest quality.
