Course Description:

This class is designed to help students build confidence in sewing by hand and with a machine. Each project is chosen to build specific skills so that students will have knowledge of a variety of techniques to start making their own creations. As a service project we will be sewing burp cloths to donate to the Crisis Pregnancy Center. Other projects will include a pillow sham, a pin cushion, coasters, a stuffed animal, a zipper pouch, and a tote bag.

Upon completion, this class will equal One Elective Credit on HS Transcript
