Course Description:
This art class is an ‘Art 101’ type class where students will go thru all the elements necessary to create beautiful art and each element will have an art project attached to it.
This is a great class for Jr high students or High school students who have not had much art experience. This class will study about 4 basic elements of art per semester and all work is done in class. The end of the year we will have an art show and complete a group project to be auctioned off to benefit the PHC scholarship fund. Mrs. Fox is excited to explore the Elements of Art with your student.
Upon completion, this class will equal One Art Elective Credit on HS Transcript
Materials Required:
The only supply you need is a smock to wear in class to protect clothing. (We suggest an old men’s button-down shirt)
All other art supplies for the year will be provided by Mrs. Fox.
