Are you hungry?  Come join us as we learn to eat healthy.  We will learn about the food groups, nutrients, calories, reading labels, meal planning and more.  We will do some fun activities that help us think about what we eat and how our body uses these to stay healthy.  We will even cook a few yummy things to eat.  Please let me know if your student has any food allergies.
