Course Description:

This intensive, 15-module, creation-based science curriculum introduces students to physical science through engaging lessons and formal experiments. Four modules cover the basics of chemistry, including properties and states of matter, atomic structure and the periodic table, chemical bonds, reactions, and energy. Six modules are dedicated to physics and include the study of motion, forces, energy, light, electricity, and magnetism. Students finish out their year learning about Earth science. Mr. Little turns up the intensity of teaching and diving deeper into familiar and unfamiliar scientific concepts readying the students for Biology and other Upper Level science classes in their high school journey.

***IMPORTANT NOTE: MR LITTLE WILL USE THE NEW 4TH EDITION PHYSICAL SCIENCE BOOK FOR THE 2025/26 SCHOOL YEAR
